Welcome to the Bahamas!

Alera Group welcomes you to the Bahamas! 

We would like to send a warm welcome to Alera Group guests! Watch your phone for daily updates with reminders about the following day, which are typically sent mid-afternoon.  

• Don’t forget to stop by the Hospitality Desk on the West Tower Terrace to pick up your name badge and visit the gifting experience before 6:30 p.m.! 
• Water bottle refill stations are located on each floor of the resort. 
• Please join us tonight on the Palm Lawn for an evening of camaraderie and great food at our Welcome Reception & Dinner from 7 – 9:30 p.m. Attire is resort casual. 

Reminders for Friday, May 1 

• Breakfast is available for meeting attendees and sponsors at 7 a.m. at Jasmine Garden 1. Guests are at leisure; please enjoy breakfast at one of the resort's delicious dining options using the room credit that has been applied to your account in the amount of $55. 
• The Business Meeting begins at 9 a.m. for Alera Group colleagues only. 
• The Elixir Pool is reserved exclusively for Alera Group to enjoy at your leisure from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. 
• A group lunch will be available on the Palm Lawn from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. All attendees welcome. 
• The Awards Reception & Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. on the New Providence Lawn, near the Convention Center. 

A few miscellaneous housekeeping notes for you:  

• If you need assistance from our staff while you are enjoying your stay, you can contact us using the Help feature of the web app. 
• The Hospitality Desk will be staffed daily. Please check the Itinerary for the daily location and hours. 
• The Itinerary in your web app will have all the details for your program.   
• If you have trouble logging into the web app, please stop by the Hospitality Desk and our staff will be happy to assist you.  
• Please wear your name badge to all group functions.  
• We encourage you to upload photos to the Gallery. (Click Info > Gallery > Upload Photo)
