Safe Travels to the Bahamas!

We wish you safe travels as you journey to the vibrant Bahamas tomorrow. Here are a few reminders for your arrival:  

• We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours prior to flight departure times. Please consider traffic and weather.  
• You must have luggage checked in with the airline at least 75 minutes before flight departure and be at the gate at least 45 minutes before scheduled departure.  
• Once you have collected your luggage and gone through customs, look for the representative holding an ICON sign dressed in white and yellow. Your resort transportation is located OUTSIDE the airport. Do NOT stop at any Baha Mar/Hotel desk to arrange transportation on own.
• Transfer time to the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is approximately 15 minutes (6 miles) from the Lynden Pindling International Airport. 
• The afternoon is at your leisure. Should your rooms not be ready, you may change into your swimwear and proceed to the pool or open restaurants. Your carry-on luggage can be stored by the bellmen in a secure area.   
• Resort check-in time is 4 p.m.  

Reminders for Thursday, April 30 

• Stop by the Hospitality Desk on the West Tower Terrace, to pick up your name badge, enjoy some refreshments, and visit the gifting experience! 
• Enjoy your evening at our Welcome Reception & Dinner at 7:00 p.m. on the Palm Lawn.
